Your First Visit

First Day Flow

You scheduled your first session! Now what?

1. Fill out Intake Form - Intake work must be completed prior to your initial visit. If not completed, appointment will have to be rescheduled. A text and email reminder will be sent. Additional, more in-depth paperwork is required for a GynoChiro session. Understanding your concerns is vital in beginning the healing process, so find a quiet space to sit down and work through the intake forms.

2. Your Studio Access Code - You will receive an email prior to your first visit detailing where to park, enter, and the access code for entry.

3. The Initial Session - At Indigo, the initial session is more than just a history and exam. We begin with a tour of the Casa Sagrada space and give you time to settle in with a cozy beverage from our drink menu. We will have a personalized and detailed intake conversation to acknowledge your health history and goals. Next, we will do a comprehensive nervous system exam and posture analysis. You will receive your first peaceful, intuitive adjustment and schedule your second visit.

4. At your second visit, we will give a detailed review of findings and work with you to create a curated membership offering tailored to your body’s specific needs.
